Lombardi, president of the United States Stamp Society, won with his exhitit titled "The 1903 Two Cent Washington Shield Issue." He represented TEXPEX at the APS Champion of Champions Show in Portland, Oregon, August 9-12, 2007. The 2008 Grand Award winner will represent TEXPEX at the APS Champion of Champions competition in Hartford, Connecticutt, Aug. 14-17, 2008.
