APS AmeriStamp Expo/TEXPEX 2009 exhibits will be evaluated by
a distinguished panel of American Philatelic Society (APS) certified judges.The
chief judge 2009 will be Steve Reinhardt, APS Chairman of the Committee
for the Accreditation of National Exhibitions and Judges (CANEJ) of Mineola,
NY. Decisions of the judges are based on guidelines developed and established
by the APS in the Manual of Philatelic Judging and pronouncements since
