| The 2011 TEXPEX exhibition is a part of the American Philatelic Society World Series of Philately.. The show exhibits committee has the right to assess entries on the basis of quality and appropriateness. The Grand Award winner of the combined TEXPEX and APS AmeriStamp Expo will qualify for the Champion of Champions Exhibition at APS StampShow in Columbus OH, Aug. 11-14, 2011. |  |
